Meet Chef Thi — a Saigon-born chef who grew up surrounded by lemongrass, fish sauce, and the sound of sizzling woks in her grandmother’s kitchen.

After moving to Canada in 2011, Linh missed the taste of home. So she recreated it — slowly simmering broth for hours, hand-rolling rice paper, and balancing herbs just right.

In 2014, she started sharing those flavours with her community. Now, Vietnamese Meal Prep brings that same passion and authenticity to homes across the GTA.
